Derek benefits from 15 years of real estate experience, including both tenant and landlord leasing representation and buyer and seller representation across a broad spectrum of asset classes; including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, land, and investment transactions. Some of Derek’s past clientele include both Fortune 100 and 500 companies. A short list of past clients includes PepsiCo., Mastec Network Solutions, Master Halco, Idaho Timber and Hawkins Companies.
As a student of the real estate industry, in 2019 Derek earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member, ‘CCIM’, designation. The CCIM designation requires advanced coursework in financial and market analysis and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, which requires a portfolio of qualifying experience to be considered.
Personal
A third generation Idaho native, Derek enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters as well as skiing, fly fishing, knife-making, and camping.
